Job Title: Online Distribution Staff Job Summary: We are looking for responsible and motivated Online Distribution Staff to manage online orders, coordinate product distribution, track deliveries, and maintain accurate records. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently with an online distribution team. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and process online orders. - Coordinate product dispatch and delivery schedules. - Track shipments and update delivery status. - Maintain order details, inventory records, and distribution reports. - Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery updates. - Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and management teams. - Handle order-related issues and support timely delivery. - Ensure accuracy in packaging, documentation, and order processing. Required Skills:



- Basic computer and internet knowledge. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Time management and problem-solving abilities. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and online order management systems. - Attention to detail and a responsible attitude.
