Restaurant Operations :-

- Guest Engagement: Welcome restaurant guests, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.
- Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders, accommodate dietary restrictions, and precisely enter them into the hotel’s POS system.
- Table Maintenance: Serve meals and drinks efficiently, check back periodically to ensure guest satisfaction, and clear dishes between courses.

Banquet & Event Operations (Functions)

- Venue Setup: Set up banquet rooms according to event orders (BEOs), including arranging tables, chairs, linens, silverware, glassware, and buffet stations.
- Synchronized Service: Execute high-volume food service (plated, buffet, or family-style) seamlessly alongside the banquet team, ensuring all guests at a table are served simultaneously.
- Turn-down & Tear-down:



Transparent tables immediately after the event ends, breakdown temporary stations, and return equipment to proper storage areas.

General Hotel Standards

- Billing & Room Charges: Process payments accurately via cash, credit cards, or direct room charges for hotel residents.
- Interdepartmental Synergy: Communicate fluidly with the Kitchen, Bar, and Event Planning teams to ensure timing aligns perfectly with the event itinerary.
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to all local food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
