Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, coordinate orders, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain accurate customer records.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and experience in customer handling and payment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and pending requirements.

- Follow up on outstanding payments, overdue invoices, and payment commitments.

- Coordinate with the accounts department to verify payment status and update records.

- Maintain customer databases, payment records, and follow-up reports.

- Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch teams regarding order status and delivery schedules.





- Maintain professional relationships with existing customers.

- Ensure timely communication and resolution of customer queries.

- Prepare daily reports on pending payments, customer follow-ups, and order status.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CRM, customer relationship management, or payment follow-up.

- Graduate in any stream preferred.

- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic working knowledge of English.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and computer operations.

- Strong customer-handling, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate professionally with customers.

Salary & Benefits
