Job Title: Production Supervisor – Water Meter Manufacturing Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities, ensure proper fitting and assembly of water meters, and maintain quality standards throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily production, assembly, testing, and packing. - Ensure correct fitting and use of materials as per specifications. - Check finished products and packing before dispatch. - Prevent assembly errors, material mix-ups, and packing mistakes. - Manage workers and ensure production targets are achieved without compromising quality. - Maintain production records and reduce customer complaints. Requirements: - 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision. - Technical knowledge of mechanical assembly and quality control. - Strong leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
