- Education: Minimum 10th standard pass; ITI or diploma in automobile, mechanical, or sheet metal trades preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in panel beating, frame alignment, and dent removal
- Panel Beating & Reshaping: Expertise in hammer-on/hammer-off techniques, pullers, and slide hammers to restore metal and unibody/ladder frames.
- Welding Techniques: Proficiency in spot welding, MIG/TIG, or gas welding for structural and panel replacements.
- Tool Handling: Ability to use pneumatic hammers, dollies, spoons, metal cutting tools, and length/depth measuring equipment.
- Damage Assessment: Skill in evaluating frame distortion, rust corrosion, and structural integrity
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
