The extra-curricular skills are open for students of all age-groups. We are committed to screen-free, personalised learning experiences delivered at the comfort of students' homes.
Role Overview
As we continue to grow Expert-Ease Tutorial Solutions Pvt Ltd, we are excited to open up an opportunity for a Mumbai-based Telesales Executive to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
● Act as the primary point of contact for registered teachers and newly onboarded parents/clients.
● Active lead generation and convert minimum 10 teachers/ parents from self generated leads
● Handle inbound and outbound leads through telecalling, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective conversions of both teachers and parents.
● Minimum 90 dialled numbers expected and 35 leads to be pitched ( teachers/parents).
● Monthly target of minimum 20 teachers and 5 parents to be achieved. No cap on upper limit.
● Manage end-to-end client servicing—from enquiry to successful tutor/parent onboarding.
● Conduct virtual Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and ensure proper documentation.
● Provide administrative support for all active tuitions, including scheduling and coordination.
● Resolve teacher and parent queries at the first level with clarity and empathy
● Work towards defined targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Candidate Requirements
● Graduate in any discipline. In exceptional cases, Grade XII pass out can also be considered.
● Experience in Telesales is a must.
● Should be based in Mumbai
● Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
● Confidence in making calls and engaging with parents, teachers, and institutions.
● Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides and WhatsApp Business.
● Robust organisational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
● Ability to manage a hybrid role (remote + on-field) independently.
● Should have a laptop, mobile and strong Wi-Fi connection.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
