We are looking for energetic, well-groomed and guest-focused GSA - F&B; Service to join our Pre-Opening Team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and escort guests, present menus and take food & beverage orders.
* Provide excellent service in Restaurants, In-Room Dining and Banquets as per MAYFAIR standards.
* Have thorough knowledge of menu, beverages and daily specials.
* Ensure cleanliness and proper set-up of the F&B; outlet before, during and after service.Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
* Handle guest feedback / complaints politely and escalate if required.
* Follow all hygiene, grooming and safety standards.
Requirements:
* 10th / 12th / Hotel Management Graduate or Diploma in F&B; Service.
* 0-2 years experience in F&B; Service.
* Freshers with good communication can apply.Experience in 4/5 Star Hotel preferred but not mandatory.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Well-groomed personality and positive attitude.
* Willing to work in shifts and flexible with duty hours.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
