Government Projects Head – Indore/Open to Relocation

Hiring a senior leader to head Government Infrastructure & EPC projects (Roads, Highways, Buildings). The role covers execution, tendering, bidding, contracts, arbitration, and P&L; management while building strong relations with NHAI, MORTH, CPWD, PWD, Railways, PSUs, and State Government departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Govt. Infrastructure/EPC projects
- Build relations with NHAI, MoRTH, CPWD, PWDs, Railways, PSUs
- Drive tendering, bidding, contracts & arbitration
- Oversee planning, execution & commercial matters
- Ensure profitability & P&L; growth
- Lead senior teams & coordinate with stakeholders

Requirements:

- 15+ years’ experience in Construction/EPC with ₹200–₹1,000 Cr projects
- Strong exposure to Govt. infrastructure projects & contracts




- Proven leadership, P&L; management & business development skills
- Experience with NHAI / MoRTH / CPWD / PWD / Railways / PSU / State Government projects
- Solid understanding of tendering, contracts and project execution
- Exposure to Claims / EOT / Arbitration
- Proven leadership and P&L; management experience
- Strong government/client/consultant relationships
- Ability to generate new government business, not just execute projects
