Core Responsibilities

- Academic Coordination: Manage class timetables, faculty assignments, and exam workflows.
- Student & Parent Support: Oversee student onboarding, fee tracking, and inquiry handling.
- Facility & Resource Management: Monitor campus upkeep, safety, and infrastructure (if in office) or LMS tools (if online).
- Cross-Functional Link:



Connect sales, marketing, and academic teams to hit growth and retention goals.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain student records and ensure adherence to institutional or local rules.

Key Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or Human Resources (Master’s is a plus).
- Experience: 5 years of background in Education administration, coaching centers, or EdTech operations.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Soft Skills: Strong time management, team leadership, and parent/student communication
