Job Description – Quick Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quick Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations, platform coordination, inventory availability, order fulfilment, and sales performance across Quick Commerce channels. The candidate should have strong operational knowledge of FMCG and experience working with platforms such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, and other e-commerce channels.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Purchase Order & Order Management

- Manage end-to-end PO processing, from receipt to dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate SO creation, invoicing, dispatch, and delivery confirmations.
- Track PO fulfilment, pending orders, cancellations, and delivery discrepancies.
- Ensure timely replenishment and adherence to platform timelines.

2. Inventory & Availability Management

- Monitor SKU-wise inventory, stock availability, and out-of-stock situations.
- Coordinate with warehouses and supply chain teams for timely replenishment.
- Track dark store listings, assortment mapping, and product availability.
- Identify and resolve stock, listing, and supply gaps.

3. Platform & Account Coordination

- Coordinate with platform category managers, KAMs, and operations teams.
- Resolve listing issues, SKU mapping errors, PO discrepancies, and operational escalations.
- Support new product listings, launches, and geographical expansion.




- Maintain strong working relationships with platform stakeholders.

4. Sales Monitoring & Business Analysis

- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across platforms.
- Analyse SKU-wise, city-wise, and channel-wise sales trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, availability, and distribution.
- Prepare MIS reports, performance dashboards, and actionable insights.

5. Claims, Payments & Reconciliation

- Track invoices, payment receipts, deductions, and outstanding amounts.
- Coordinate with finance teams for payment reconciliation.
- Identify and follow up on shortages, damages, returns, and claims.
- Maintain accurate records of pending claims and settlements.

6. Operational Audits & Process Improvement

- Conduct regular audits of PO fulfilment, inventory, listings, and pricing.
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify process inefficiencies.
- Ensure accuracy of platform data, SKU details, and product information.
- Maintain trackers and implement improvements to reduce operational errors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, preferably handling Quick Commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of PO processing, invoicing, inventory, and supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Experience working with ERP systems, platform seller portals, and MIS reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple platforms, priorities, and deadlines.
- Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A candidate with hands-on FMCG Quick Commerce experience who can independently manage daily operations, proactively resolve platform issues, maintain high product availability, and contribute to sales growth with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
