Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong expertise in HR operations, employee relations, grievance handling, conflict management, and team management. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working as an HR Manager, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage HR functions effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, attendance, leave, documentation, and HR policies.
- Handle employee grievances, workplace conflicts, and employee relations.
- Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee HR administration, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Support recruitment activities,



contributing approximately 20% of the role, with the remaining 80% focused on HR operations.
- Coordinate with management to implement HR policies and improve employee experience.

Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of HR experience, with prior experience working as an HR Manager.
- Strong experience in HR operations, grievance handling, and conflict management.
- Proven team handling and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and labour law compliance.
- Willingness to relocate internationally is mandatory.
