Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in New Delhi. The Motion Graphic Designer will create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, video content, and brand communication. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing ideas, developing storyboards, designing graphics, animating elements, and collaborating closely with video editors, designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual output. The role involves adapting existing brand guidelines into motion, optimizing content for different formats and platforms, and maintaining organized project files and assets. The Motion Graphic Designer will also participate in reviews, incorporate feedback,



and stay updated on design and animation trends and tools.

Qualifications

- Solid proficiency in motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar software).
- Experience in visual design, typography, layout, and composition for video and digital content.
- Ability to develop concepts, storyboards, and style frames that translate client and brand requirements into compelling motion designs.
- Understanding of video production workflows, formats, rendering, and optimization for web, social media, and broadcast.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating motion graphic projects, animated assets, and creative visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional creative and marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or formal training in design, animation, multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to learn new tools, adapt to evolving creative trends, and contribute ideas to improve visual output and workflows.
