Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and responsible Field Officer (FOS) to join our team in Sitamarhi, Bihar. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, customer handling, sales activities, collections, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and dealers.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesConduct regular field visits to customers and dealers.
Generate current business and achieve assigned sales targets.
Handle customer onboarding and verification.
Follow up with customers regarding loan/EMI payments and collections.
Maintain good relationships with customers and dealers.
Collect and verify required customer documents.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing of applications.
Maintain daily activity and field visit reports.




Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
Provide regular market feedback to management.
RequirementsQualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in the field.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Candidates from Sitamarhi and nearby areas will be preferred.
