GastroCare by ILG (Institute of Laparoscopy & Gastroenterology) is a specialised centre for advanced gastrointestinal and minimally invasive laparoscopic care in Hubballi. Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Gastroenterologist role at GastroCare by ILG, Hubballi. You will evaluate and manage patients with gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary conditions, from diagnosis and treatment planning to ongoing follow-up care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outpatient consultations and manage inpatient cases
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures (UGI endoscopy, colonoscopy)
- Collaborate with our laparoscopic surgeons and other specialists on multidisciplinary patient care
- Interpret diagnostic studies and maintain accurate medical records
- Participate in clinical meetings,



patient education and preventive care initiatives
- Follow institutional protocols, quality standards and ethical clinical practice

Qualifications

- MBBS with DM / DNB in Gastroenterology (or equivalent)
- Valid medical registration as per regulatory requirements
- Hands-on proficiency in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy; ERCP / EUS experience is a strong plus
- Clinical experience in hepatology and the management of liver and pancreatic disorders
- Clear communication with patients, families and colleagues; Kannada is an advantage
- Commitment to continuous medical education and evidence-based practice
- Recent DM/DNB graduates with strong procedural training are welcome to apply
