Role Description The Sourcing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Borivali, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding vendors, suppliers, and property-related partners. Day-to-day activities include negotiating pricing and terms, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely procurement of materials, services, and property assets in line with project requirements. The role involves monitoring market trends, comparing offers, maintaining sourcing documentation, and collaborating closely with project, finance, and operations teams. The Sourcing Manager will also track performance metrics, optimize sourcing processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications





- Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, ideally within real estate, construction, or infrastructure-related sectors.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and cost-management skills, with the ability to compare bids and drive favorable terms.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of basic contracts, compliance requirements, and procurement best practices.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, procurement tools, and documentation management; comfort with maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present sourcing recommendations clearly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple sourcing activities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Borivali and conduct local market visits as required.
