Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Bihar Hiring is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media posts, marketing materials, presentations, and website graphics. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing brand-aligned designs, collaborating with the marketing and recruitment teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals, and refining concepts based on feedback.



The role involves maintaining consistency in branding across all materials, preparing files for production, and staying updated on design trends to enhance the platform’s visual identity. The Graphic Designer will also support logo design, campaign creatives, and promotional content that engage job seekers and clients.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for digital and print media.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design for clear, readable, and appealing content.
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software.
- Ability to translate briefs into effective visual concepts, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in office in Patna.
- Prior experience in marketing, recruitment, or startup environments is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
