Role Description The Site Civil Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Assam,, responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring work is executed according to design, specifications, and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with project managers, contractors, and workers; monitoring progress; and resolving technical issues on site. The Site Civil Engineer will review drawings, assist with planning and scheduling, manage quality checks, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. The position also includes preparing site reports, maintaining documentation,



and supporting inspections and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Qualifications (Min 10 Years experience)

- Civil engineering design and general civil engineering skills, with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications and apply engineering principles on site.
- Experience working as part of civil engineering project teams or supervising civil engineers and site staff to coordinate construction activities.
- Planning and project coordination skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking for site works.
- Knowledge of stormwater management and related infrastructure, including drainage design, installation, and compliance with local standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with construction codes, safety practices, and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in basic engineering and construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively on site in a fast-paced environment.
