Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Bengaluru/Cochin. The Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning and organizing domestic and international trips, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries. The role involves managing reservations, handling changes and cancellations, and ensuring that travel arrangements align with client preferences and budgets. The Travel Consultant will provide proactive customer service, respond to inquiries, resolve travel-related issues, and maintain accurate records in booking and management systems.



Collaboration with internal teams and suppliers to secure competitive rates and timely confirmations is also part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients and oversee end-to-end trip planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings for flights, accommodations, and transport accurately and efficiently.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to support travelers, manage inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
- Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should ideally have experience with travel booking platforms and GDS systems, along with knowledge of visa, documentation, and basic travel regulations.
- Candidates with prior experience in the travel or hospitality sector and a relevant diploma or degree in travel, tourism, or a related field will be preferred.
