Role Description The Site and Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position is responsible for providing field service for ACO drainage and water management systems, including installation support, commissioning, routine inspections, and in office maintenance and repair. The engineer will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, deliver timely technical support to customers and project partners, and ensure systems perform according to design and safety standards. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with project managers, contractors,



and application engineers, preparing service reports and documentation, and communicating clearly with stakeholders about work plans, timelines, and technical findings. The role also involves supporting training sessions at customer sites, adhering to company quality and safety procedures, and contributing feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions on-site.
- Candidates should possess solid Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills for installing, servicing, and sustaining water management and drainage systems.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for working with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering (or a related technical discipline) is preferred.
- Experience in site engineering, building services, infrastructure, or water management projects will be an advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, installation manuals, and specifications, with attention to detail and safety standards.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, work in outdoor and construction environments, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (e.g., email, MS Office) and preparation of service reports and documentation.
