We are hiring a VoIP Technical Support Engineer for our wholesale VoIP / telecom operations. This is a remote (work from home) role.

Must-have skills (mandatory):

1. FreeSWITCH - hands-on production experience
2. 2. Kamailio - hands-on production experience
3. 3. Asterisk

Key responsibilities:

- Day-to-day support of FreeSWITCH, Kamailio and Asterisk servers in production
- - Troubleshoot SIP and RTP call issues: one-way audio, call drops, failed calls, poor voice quality
- - Analyse SIP traces using Wireshark and sngrep
- - Linux server administration and basic Bash or Python scripting
- - Handle customer and vendor trouble tickets, do root cause analysis and close them on time
- - Work with the NOC and carrier teams on routing and quality issues

What we are looking for:

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in VoIP support or telecom systems
- - Positive spoken and written English
- - Graduate in any stream
- - Comfortable with rotational shifts if needed

Salary: 35,000 to 50,000 per month, based on experience.
