Job Description

We are looking for experienced and dedicated Civil Site Engineers to supervise and manage construction activities for infrastructure and marine construction projects. The candidate must have a Civil Engineering background with practical experience in site execution, construction supervision and project coordination.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling site operations, coordinating with contractors and workers, maintaining quality standards and ensuring timely project completion.

- Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Execute construction work according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Manage and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors and site workers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Inspect construction materials and ensure quality standards are maintained.




- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials and equipment.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to site execution.
- Coordinate with project managers and other engineering departments.
- Monitor piling, foundation and other civil construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and construction standards.
- Maintain proper records of site activities and work progress.
- RequirementsDiploma or Graduate Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Only candidates with a Civil Engineering background can apply.
- 2–5 years of experience in infrastructure or marine construction projects.
- Practical knowledge of site execution and construction supervision.
- Ability to read and understand civil engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of piling, foundation and infrastructure work.
- Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site workers and contractors.
- Willingness to work at the Gandhidham, Kutch project location.
