Business Development Executive – US Staffing

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development professional to join our team in Sector 63, Noida (Onsite).

Position:Business Development – Staffing/RPO

Location: Sector 63, Noida [ WFO ]

Work Mode: Onsite

Working Days: 5 Days ( US Shift )

Experience: 1–4 Years

Salary: as per your experience (Negotiable)

What You’ll Do:

• Make back-to-back outbound calls to potential clients

• Generate leads and identify current business opportunities

• Pitch staffing & RPO services to prospective clients

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and business targets

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Strong communication & convincing skills

✔️ Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling

✔️ Good follow-up and client-handling skills

✔️ Target-oriented and self-motivated

✔️ Experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Staffing / Recruitment / RPO will be an advantage
