Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and manage clients' books of accounts in Tally.

- Coordinate and communicate with clients, managers and vendors.

- Coordinate with auditors for completion of audits.

- Manage reconciliation of Bank & Cash.

- Handle statutory deductions, payments, returns and audits.

- Assist in preparation of monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet & Trial Balance.

- Support online statutory payments.

- Prepare MIS reports in required formats.

- Handle and maintain legal/company documents.

- Track renewals,



expiry dates and other important documentation.

- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduate in B.Com / BAF.

- Skilled certification in Tally and WINMAN preferred.

- 3–5 years of total experience.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a CA firm is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting in Tally.

- Hands-on experience in TDS, GST & ITR filing independently.

- Good knowledge of Advanced MS Excel and MIS reporting.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Client-handling and coordination skills.

- Adaptable, responsible and proactive.

? Location Preference

Candidates residing in and around Ghatkopar / Western Line will be preferred. Candidates from the Central Line should preferably be from CST to Thane.
