We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries.
- Explain company products and services.
- Generate leads and follow up with customers.
- Maintain customer information and calling records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Convert potential leads into customers.
Required Skills:
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
