- Good to English Speaking and Conversational skills.
- Minimum 1 year BPO experience.( positive English)
- HSC qualification required.
- Week Off- 6 days working.
- Rotational 1 week off (In between Monday till Friday).
- Shift Time: 10am to 7pm (Fixed Shift).
- Salary – depending on last drawn and interview.+(Incentive)
- Salary cycle : 26-25/ Payment Date : 1st of month
- Age Criteria: -25 till 40 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report on quality trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and client specifications.
- Assist in developing and improving quality assurance processes, procedures, and templates.
- Perform audits, inspections, and evaluations of processes and systems.
- Provide feedback and training to staff on quality issues and performance metrics.
- Qualifications: HSC Or Graduate
- Salary - 30k to 40k inhand
- Experience - 1 - 2 yrs
