FOS Collection Executive

· Details of the SMA/NPA accounts shall be allocated to the FOS executive bucket wise in his/her salesforce App.

· FOS executive shall contact / visit the borrower / guarantor only between 08:00 hours and 19:00 hours or any other time as stipulated by Regulators / Customer from time to time and follow up on allocated accounts until normalisation or closure.

· FOS executive shall ordinarily contact a borrower at the place of the borrower’s choice and in the absence of any specific choice, at the place of his / her residence and if unavailable at his / her residence, then at the place of business / occupation.

· FOS executive shall interact only with the borrower or the guarantor and shall not approach any other relatives / contacts of the borrower.

· FOS executives shall Plan visits based on delinquency bucket: severity, overdue amount and EMI dates.

· FOS executive must Carry and show ID card & authorization letter before any interaction

· Shall explain outstanding dues, repayment schedules, and available payment options.

· Obtain Promise-to-Pay commitments with Date + Amount and record in the app wherever PTP commitment is made by the borrower. Follow up on every missed or broken PTP.

· Accurately enter visit outcomes, interactions, and follow-up commitments after every contact.





· Shall undertake transactional/service calls only using “1600xx” number series (Option available in the app) and Shall not use any other 10-digit fixed line/mobile number for making promotional/service/transactional voice calls to customers.

· Escalate sensitive, disputed, fraud-related, or legal cases to the designated supervisor.

· Recoveries, if any, from the borrower are to be routed through the account only (by direct credit to the loan account), and FOS should not collect any cash (towards recovery of the loan) for onward credit to the loan account concerned.

· Maintain qualified conduct while ensuring fair and ethical recovery practices. Shall interact with the borrower in a civil manner. Shall not engage in any harsh methods towards collection/recovery

· Coordinate with Team Leaders, Operations, and Bank officials for case resolutions.

· Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, SBI policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.

· No personally identifiable information (PII) of the borrower / guarantor and / or his / her relatives, referees, friends, or co-workers shall be collected or disseminated to other third parties.

· Shall not engage in any harsh methods towards collection/recovery.
