Store Incharge – Job Responsibilities :
· Manage daily store operations and maintain proper stock records.
· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
· Maintain stock registers and update inventory records regularly.
· Issue materials to production and other departments as per approved requirements.
· Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for timely replenishment.
· Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
· Ensure proper storage, identification, and safety of materials.
· Maintain inward and outward material records.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
· Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline in the store.
