Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Hub Incharge to manage day-to-day last-mile hub operations. The candidate will be responsible for shipment processing, delivery partner management, timely dispatch, operational performance, and ensuring smooth hub functioning.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily hub operations, including shipment receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely delivery of shipments and achievement of daily operational targets.
- Manage delivery partners/riders, including onboarding coordination, attendance, availability, and productivity.
- Ensure sufficient rider availability to handle daily shipment volumes.
- Monitor delivery performance, pending shipments, failed deliveries, and return shipments.
- Coordinate with central operations and internal teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Track daily operational KPIs such as delivery success rate, rider productivity, attendance, and shipment aging.




- Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and company guidelines.
- Handle escalations related to delivery partners, shipments, and hub operations.
- Prepare and share daily operational reports with the reporting manager.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and process adherence within the hub.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery operations.
- Prior experience in hub operations, delivery management, or rider handling is preferred.
- Positive understanding of shipment movement, dispatch planning, and delivery processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage ground-level operations and work in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the local area and delivery routes will be an added advantage.
