Cubic Lifesciences is looking for motivated and confident Telesales Executives to connect with potential clients, promote medical and healthcare products, generate sales, and build solid customer relationships through calls and effective follow-ups.

- Experience: Minimum 6 Months
- Shift: Day Shift (Full-Time)

? Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.

- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.




- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales.
- Maintain customer records and coordinate with clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with at least 6 months of telesales or sales experience.
- Experience in medical sales or the pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
- Must have good communication and convincing skills.
- Should be confident in handling calls and coordinating with clients.

? Salary & Incentives:

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month (as per skills and experience).
- Incentives: ₹30,000+ based on performance.
