- Check, pack, dispatch, and maintain records of devices.
- Install and set up devices at client locations or remotely.
- Configure devices using a computer and check their proper functioning.
- Guide clients on device usage and provide basic technical support.
- Maintain installation reports and follow up with clients.
- Travel to client locations as required (company-sponsored).
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in a relevant technical field.
Skills Required: Basic computer knowledge, technical understanding, valuable communication, and willingness to travel.
