Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and empathetic Girls' PG Warden to manage daily operations and ensure a safe, secure, and disciplined living workplace for our female residents. This is a full-time residential role requiring 24/7 on-site availability.

Key Responsibilities

* Safety & Security: Enforce strict curfew timings, manage visitor gates, maintain entry/exit logs, and ensure 24/7 student safety.

* Property Operations: Oversee daily housekeeping, handle room allotments, and coordinate with plumbers or electricians for quick maintenance.

* Mess & Hygiene: Supervise daily kitchen hygiene, ensure punctual meal service, and check food quality.





* Resident Welfare: Act as the first point of contact for medical emergencies, resolve student disputes, and update parents regarding misconduct or illness.

Candidate Requirements

* Gender: Female candidate preferred.

* Experience: 1–3 years in hostel management, hospitality, or administrative roles.

* Skills: Strong communication skills, conflict resolution, basic smartphone/Excel usage for updates, and a strict yet caring attitude.
