1. Quality - Assist the quality team with inspections and documentation at different production stages. Record inspection and test results accurately, maintaining cylinder and batch traceability.
2. Production Supervision - Monitor assigned production stations to ensure work follows approved SOPs, schedules and reporting systems. Record hourly output, work-in-progress, downtime, rejection and rework. Coordinate with operators and supervisors to maintain material flow between stations. Identify production delays, material shortages and machine breakdowns, and escalate them promptly.
