Job Title: Civil Maintenance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily civil maintenance activities within the industrial premises.

- Handle repairs related to flooring, masonry, painting, plastering, roofing, and drainage.

- Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities.

- Allocate manpower and monitor daily work progress.

- Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment.

- Maintain safety standards and proper housekeeping at work locations.

- Prepare daily reports and ensure timely closure of maintenance complaints.

Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering preferred.

Experience: 3–5 years in industrial civil maintenance.

Key Skills: Manpower management, maintenance planning, safety compliance, and problem-solving.
