Job Opening: Real Estate Sales Executive

Company: Maa Laxmi Group

Interview Timing: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time (In office)

Key Responsibilities:

· Call provided leads to pitch real estate projects and schedule site visits.

· Conduct professional project briefings and layout walkthroughs for visiting clients.

· Do regular follow-ups post-visit to address queries and close bookings.

· Maintain daily calling logs and lead visit reports.

· Requirements:

· Excellent verbal communication and persuasive calling skills.

· Pleasing personality and professional presentation etiquette.

· 2 years minimum of sales experience (freshers with strong communication are welcome).

· Real estate or direct sales background is a plus.
