Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Hyderabadi Cuisine Specialist Cook with strong expertise in preparing authentic Hyderabadi dishes using traditional recipes, spices and cooking techniques.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic Hyderabadi Biryani and other regional specialities, along with the ability to independently manage food preparation and daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare authentic Hyderabadi cuisine, including traditional Hyderabadi Biryani and other regional specialities.
- Maintain authentic taste, traditional recipes and consistent food quality.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Hyderabadi spices, ingredients and cooking techniques.
- Handle daily food preparation and kitchen operations independently.




- Ensure timely preparation and serving of food.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Manage kitchen ingredients, stock and inventory requirements.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality and food presentation.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

- 3–8 years of relevant cooking experience.
- Specialisation in Hyderabadi cuisine.
- Hands-on expertise in preparing authentic Hyderabadi Biryani.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Hyderabadi recipes, spices and cooking techniques.
- Experience in preparing other regional Hyderabadi specialities.
- Ability to independently manage food preparation and kitchen responsibilities.
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Willingness to work in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
