- Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, references and networking.
- Promote company plots and villa projects.
- Understand customer requirements and explain property details.
- Follow up with potential customers regularly.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.




- Negotiate with customers and support sales closures.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
