Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Counter Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAttend to walk-in customers and handle retail counter sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and usage.
- Promote and sell power tools, garden tools, agricultural machinery, and accessories.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the billing team.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the counter is organized.
- Follow up with customers and develop long-term relationships.




- Coordinate with the store and service teams for product availability and customer requirements.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in retail or counter sales preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interest in learning about tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Sales-oriented attitude with a willingness to achieve targets.
- Knowledge of Kannada, English, and basic Hindi preferred.
