Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The candidate should have positive communication skills and the ability to handle employee-related activities efficiently.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
2. Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
3. Handle employee attendance, leave management, and shift records.
4. Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly salary processing.
5. Manage employee joining formalities, onboarding, and exit procedures.
6. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
7. Maintain employee databases and update HR records regularly.
8. Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
10. Ensure proper maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
11. Support statutory compliance and other HR-related activities.

- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good documentation and record-maintenance skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations and payroll processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Qualification & ExperienceGraduation in BBA, B.Com, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations preferred.
- Freshers with good HR knowledge may also apply.
- Preferred CandidateImmediate joiners preferred.
- Should be responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
