Job DescriptionAdhrit Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Site Civil Engineer to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate should have positive knowledge of civil construction, site execution, quality control, and labour management.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Monitor RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, brickwork, plastering, and finishing.
- Manage labour, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Check materials and ensure proper utilisation at the site.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.




- Coordinate with senior engineers, architects, and project managers.
- Ensure site safety and timely completion of work.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for solutions.
- Required QualificationsDiploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities independently.

Salary₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills.
