Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible, alert, and disciplined Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our coworking spaces, employees, clients, and visitors. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring entry and exit, maintaining security protocols, and ensuring a safe and secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, clients, visitors, and vendors.
2. Maintain visitor registers and verify visitor details as per company security protocols.
3. Conduct regular security rounds to monitor the premises and identify any suspicious activities.
4. Ensure the safety of office premises, assets, equipment, and other company property.
5. Monitor CCTV cameras and report any unusual or suspicious activities to the concerned team.
6. Handle security-related incidents, emergencies, and access-related concerns promptly.
7.



Ensure proper handover of duties between shifts and maintain daily security records.
8. Coordinate with the facility management team to maintain a secure and secure workspace.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Security Guard, preferably in offices, commercial buildings, or coworking spaces.
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain alert, disciplined, and attentive during duty hours.
- Knowledge of basic security procedures and emergency handling.
- Physically fit and capable of performing regular security rounds.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and professional in conduct.

Experience:

- 1–4 years of relevant experience.
- Freshers with a disciplined attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
