? Hiring: Telecaller – Sales & Marketing

? Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month + Performance Incentives

? Experience: 1 to 2 years in Telecalling / Sales Calling

? Education: Graduate in any stream

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls using company-provided customer data.

• Explain company services and understand customer requirements.

• Identify interested prospects and conduct follow-ups.

• Schedule appointments with interested customers.

• Maintain call, lead, follow-up, and appointment records.

• Coordinate with the concerned team for scheduled appointments.

Requirements:

• Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, MS Word & computer operations.

• Finance/financial services knowledge will be preferred.

• Confident, polite, and professional over the phone.

• Minimum 1- 2 years of relevant experience.
