We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele calling Executive to join one of the prominent Share Broking & Investment advising company. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, explaining our financial products and services, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to current customers and existing customers.

Explain the company’s broking, trading, investment, and related financial services.

Build good communication and maintain strong relationships with customers generated through social media leads Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.

Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Coordinate with the sales and relationship management teams.

Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships
