About

the Role

HGS (Hinduja Global Solutions), a leading MNC in the BPO/BPM industry, is hiring Telesales Executive Associates to work on the prestigious IDFC FIRST Bank process at our Hyderabad (HITEC City) location. This role involves promoting and selling IDFC FIRST Bank's financial products to current and existing customers over the phone. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply, and the Telugu language process is also available along with other regional languages.

Key

Responsibilities

• Sell IDFC FIRST Bank financial products (loans, credit cards, insurance, investments) to new and existing customers via outbound/inbound calls.

• Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and resolve concerns professionally.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks.

• Build and maintain robust relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.

• Accurately update customer records and maintain the database.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives.





• Identify and act on upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

• Ensure full compliance with banking and regulatory requirements at all times.

Requirements

& Eligibility

• Any Graduate (any discipline) — freshers can apply.

• 0-3+ years of sales experience; telesales/BPO experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with financial/banking products is desirable.

• Proficiency in English plus at least one regional language: Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Odiya, or Malayalam.
