​Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Cook and a dedicated Kitchen Helper to join our dynamic kitchen team in Prayagraj. You will play a crucial role in preparing and assembling our diverse offerings, from everyday home-style tiffins to late-night delivery cravings. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and want to help us deliver fresh, homely meals, this is the job for you!

​Key Responsibilities - Cook:

​Prepare high-quality, wholesome meals for our structured, everyday home-style tiffin subscriptions.

​Cook a variety of menu items catering to different cravings, including full thalis, biryani, pizzas, and cold coffee.





​Ensure all food is prepared to meet WorthET's standards of "Culinary Comfort" and top-tier quality.

​Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized cooking station in compliance with food safety regulations.

​Manage food preparation times efficiently to support quick food delivery and dine-in orders.

​Key Responsibilities - Kitchen Helper:

​Assist the Cook with daily ingredient preparation, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.

​Carefully package prepared meals using WorthET's custom-designed packaging system, including line-art illustrated pizza boxes, sealed foil biryani containers, and compartment thali trays wrapped in custom bands.

​Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing countertops, and cleaning cooking equipment.

​Help organize kitchen inventory and manage daily stock for everyday essentials.

​Requirements:

​Prior experience working in a commercial kitchen, restaurant, catering, or cloud kitchen environment.

​Solid knowledge of cooking home-style Indian meals, thalis, and popular delivery items.

​Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, 24-hour daily operation.

​A strong commitment to food hygiene and kitchen safety.

​Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
