Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on travel package enquiries.
- Explain domestic and international tour packages to customers.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tour packages.
- Maintain daily call reports, customer details, and follow-up records
