We are hiring Servers / Hostesses to give our guests a friendly, energetic and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests with a warm smile, manage reservations and walk-ins, and seat them promptly
- Manage the waitlist and guest waiting times politely
- Present menus, explain dishes and drinks, and recommend specials and promotions
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and place them through the POS
- Serve food and beverages following TGI Fridays service standards and sequence of service
- Check back with guests, handle requests and complaints calmly, and escalate to the manager when needed
- Keep tables, stations and the dining area clean, set up and ready at all times
- Process bills and payments accurately
- Follow food safety, hygiene and grooming standards
- Work as a team with the kitchen, bar and floor staff during busy shifts and events





Requirements

- Experience: 0-2 years in restaurant, bar or hospitality service (freshers with good communication can apply)
- Positive communication in English and Hindi (a local language is a plus)
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude and a strong guest-service mindset
- Neat grooming and presentation
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays
- Able to stand and walk for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment
