- Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART.
- Call potential customers, dealers, distributors and wholesalers.
- Explain our mattress and pillow products, pricing and business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain customer records, follow-up dates and order status in Excel/CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and order conversion targets.
