1. Generate new business opportunities through customer visits, references, leads and field sales.

2. Meet potential customers and explain residential rooftop solar systems and their benefits.

3. Provide detailed information about PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana and government subsidies.

4. Explain solar system pricing, financing options, EMI plans and installation procedures.

5. Convert potential leads into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.

6. Prepare and share quotations with customers and regularly follow up on pending proposals.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent customers.

8. Coordinate with the telecalling, technical, installation and operations teams.

9. Conduct site visits and understand customers’ electricity requirements.

10. Maintain daily sales reports, customer records and follow-up updates.

11. Ensure a professional customer experience from the first meeting to order confirmation.

12. Monitor competitors’ pricing and market activities to identify new business opportunities.





Required Skills & Qualifications

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.

* Basic knowledge of sales, marketing and customer relationship management.

* Knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and CRM software.

* Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.

* Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field visits.

* Previous experience in solar sales or field sales will be an advantage.

* Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
