Job Description
We are hiring Sales Officers for its Mortgage / Home Loan division in Vadodara.
The candidate will be responsible for generating home loan business, meeting prospective customers, developing customer relationships and achieving sales targets through field visits.
1. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire customers for home loan products.
2. Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers.
3.
Develop relationships with customers and business associates.
4. Understand customer requirements and explain suitable home loan products.
5. Coordinate for documentation and loan processing.
6. Achieve assigned sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate from any stream.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with at least 6 months of sales experience preferred.
- Prior experience in BFSI, banking, financial services or loan sales will be an advantage.
- Must be comfortable with field sales and travelling.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be target-oriented and customer-focused.
