Position: Debt Recovery Agent / Field Collection Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for experienced and result-oriented Debt Recovery Agents to handle loan recovery and overdue payment collections. The candidate will be responsible for conducting field visits, following up with customers, recovering outstanding dues, and achieving assigned collection targets.

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesVisit customers to follow up on overdue loan payments and EMI collections.
- Handle field-level debt recovery activities for Banks / NBFCs / Financial Institutions.
- Follow up on pending payments and broken PTP (Promise to Pay) cases.
- Collect outstanding dues within the assigned timelines.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Maintain regular customer communication and payment follow-ups.
- Identify high-value overdue accounts and prioritize recovery efforts.
- Submit daily collection reports and update case status to the reporting manager.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers during recovery activities.




- Follow company policies and ethical recovery practices.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2+ years of experience in Debt Recovery / Field Collections.
- Previous experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid customer follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle overdue accounts and recovery targets.
- Knowledge of EMI collections, PTP follow-ups, and loan recovery processes.
- Willingness to travel for field visits within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
